Dennis won an Alaskan Cruise in a poker tournament this past April. Here are some photos highlighting the trip (i ended up taking like 200). The idea of taking a cruise is AWESOME! But Alaska was too cold for dennis' and my blood. We would have liked to have more sun; less rain. More fries; less fish. But all and all it was fun to get away and try something new. We would never have chosen to go on a cruise (since i am deadly afraid of sharks) so this opened our eyes on how much fun they could be! And next time, we are definitely taking the monkeys. Just somewhere where i can bask in the sun while sipping diet coke with lime =)

ReplyDeleteWow. Looks like fun. I used to work outside of Ketchakan (spelling?) and have visited Skagway. My wife is from S.E. Alaska in a little town called Haines. Cruise ships stopped at their port once a week. Say hi to Dennis for me.
